Dear customer, on our site you can pay with the following payment methods:

PayPal

You can pay using your Paypal account. By choosing this payment method, at the end of the order procedure you will be directed to the Paypal site where, by choosing the first option, you can log in and proceed with the payment. The crediting of the payment is immediate.

Credit card

We accept all credit cards on the VISA, Mastercard, Aura and Visa Electron circuits. By choosing this payment method, at the end of the order process you will be directed to the Paypal site where, by choosing the second option, you can enter your credit card details and proceed with the payment without being registered with PayPal. Online payment by credit card (including prepaid cards) is guaranteed by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection protected with 128-bit encryption on the secure PayPal server. The crediting of the payment is immediate.

Cash on delivery

If you want to pay for the goods on delivery, you can choose to pay by cash on delivery. In this case a 2.5% surcharge will be applied on the total order with a minimum of € 4.00.

We are solving some technical problems related to the marking on our site. If you want to use this method, send the order by choosing bank transfer and write us in the notes that you would like to pay cash on delivery. We will manually add the surcharge during shipping. Thanks for understanding.

NB In the case of cash on delivery, if the package is refused, the customer will be charged the shipping costs and all additional costs for returning to the sender. By choosing cash on delivery, you expressly accept this condition.

Postal order

If you are unfamiliar with online payments, you can pay for the order by postal order made out to: Farmacia Rubino snc Via delle Settefontane, 39 34138 Trieste (TS) Italy In the causal field specify your name, surname and order number (which you can find in the confirmation email).

Bank transfer

If you choose this payment method, our bank details will be communicated to you at the end of the order process. The goods will be shipped upon receipt of the transfer. The crediting of the payment takes 2-3 days depending on the bank.
