Hair loss
Hair loss is natural and physiological. The hair is born, grows, falls out and is renewed, not necessarily in a short time: a cycle can last even years. The average duration of this cycle varies from 3 to 5 years. Each follicle is estimated to produce around 20 hairs over its lifetime.
Therefore, cycles of activity and cycles of rest alternate in the follicle.
The life cycle of the hair is divided into three phases: anagen (growth), catagen (involution), telogen (rest).

The anagen is the growth phase and lasts on average 3-5 years (in women it reaches 6-7 years, in men up to 4 years). In this phase the stem cells begin mitotic activity, go towards the lower part of the follicle and reach the matrix, forming the internal epithelial sheath and the hair that grows and stretches beyond the follicular ostium.
The catagen phase lasts on average 15 days: it is the phase of the progressive arrest of vital functions. In this phase the proliferative and metabolic activity of the keratinocytes ceases. The bulb rises slightly through the skin to the surface and shortens. Mitoses in the matrix diminish and then disappear. The internal epithelial sheath of the follicle is destroyed and disappears, the external epithelial sheath of the follicle retracts, appearing as a horned sac wrapped around the terminal part of the hair, which resembles a club.
The telogen phase lasts on average 3-4 months: it is the total rest phase.
The hair is still in the hair follicle but all growth and transformation activity of the cells is absent. In 3-4 months the hair falls out due to loss of anchorage and / or the thrust of the new hair which about 3 months after entering telogen will have started to grow due to the productive recovery of the bulb cells (if the follicle is healthy) .

Taking into account that the average number of scalp follicles is about 100,000-150,000, it has been calculated that the daily loss can reach up to 100 hairs.
A fall of more than 50-100 hairs per day for a few weeks is an indication of suffering of the hair and follicle.

The causes of hair loss
The causes of hair loss are many and very subjective. Hair loss in women and hair loss in men refer to different causes. It is known that hair loss in women is often linked to menopause, breastfeeding or hormonal imbalances and in men it is more frequently associated with the onset of androgenetic alopecia. But there are factors that affect both genders. One of them is, for example, a diet that is poor in vitamins, amino acids and mineral salts.
Another factor that strongly affects hair loss is stress: when the body is severely tested it tends to concentrate less energy and nourishment in the hair that weakens and falls out. Furthermore, the changes of season (in autumn and spring the fall increases), environmental pollution, washing and brushing (mechanical trauma facilitates the detachment of the hair), aggressive cosmetic treatments are the cause of abnormal hair loss. Therefore, even if hair loss can be a transitory phenomenon, in many cases it is necessary to apply a specific product that takes care of the hair helping to counteract its detachment from the scalp.

Transdermal Technology
The innovative dual formulation of Cadu-Crex Anti-Fall PLC7 - Pilum-Stem uses Labo's Transdermal Technology according to which active dermo-cosmetic molecules with low molecular weight are used in association with enhancers (penetration facilitators), thanks to which is facilitated the penetration of these active molecules through the particularly thick skin layer of the scalp and whose trans-cutaneous penetration is tested (ex-vivo test with Franz Cells) both at the epidermis and dermis level.
This process ensures that the active molecules can be absorbed both at the level of the follicular openings and throughout the scalp.

Features
Cadu-Crex Anti-Fall PLC7 - Pilum-Stem is a double treatment for topical use for cosmetic use that helps in a targeted way to curb hair loss and promote its re-growth. The two treatments have in common the formulation base with the patented Anti-Hair loss complex (Hydroxyproline, Aspartic Acid, Enzyme Activator) with Taurine, which are associated with the active ingredients of Crescina Re-Growth HFSC. They also contain the enhancers of Transdermal Technology.

The PLC7 treatment (red vial) contains the complex with a high concentration of 7 Plate-Like molecules (Swiss Patent CH 713 030) which help to intensify the anti-fall action of the preparation. They are synthetic substances similar to the endogenous molecules naturally present in the hair system: sh-Polypeptide-11, sh-Polypeptide-1, sh-Oligopeptide-1, sh-Polypeptide-2, sh-Polypeptide-86, sh-Polypeptide-8 , sh-Polypeptide-9. The complex is inserted into the patented Labo anti-fall base.
The Pilum-Stem treatment (colorless vial) contains the formulation evolution of the HSSC complex (Swiss Patent CH 704 629) composed of Pentapeptide-31, Hydrolyzed Pea Extract and Laminaria Digitata Extract, to which Phyllanthus Emblica Fruit extract is associated, for help protect and maintain the reserve cell environment of the scalp and help the hair resist premature detachment. This complex is also incorporated into the patented Labo anti-fall base, present in both treatments.

All active molecules are transdermal technology, with penetration tested ex vivo with Franz Cells. Cadu-Crex Anti-Fall PLC7 - Pilum-Stem is useful in preventing and counteracting the physiological, non-pathological causes of hair loss. It does not act on completely atrophied follicles.
Specific formula for men, abundant fall.
