PHARMACOTHERAPEUTIC CATEGORY
Semi-synthetic corticosteroid, characterized by an anti-inflammatory and vasoconstrictive action of medium intensity, is poorly absorbed through the skin.
CONTRAINDICATIONS / SECONDARY EFFECT
Viral affections of the skin.
SIDE EFFECTS
During epicutaneous cortisone therapy, especially for intense and prolonged treatments, itching, localized skin atrophy, acne may occur.
INDICATIONS
Sensitive steroid dermatosis, contact eczema, dyshidrosis, insect bites.
INTERACTIONS
Not known.
DOSAGE
For adults and children over 2 years of age: apply a thin layer of cream on the affected skin area, massaging lightly, no more than 2-3 times a day.
