Indicated in states of Potassium and Magnesium deficiency that can be caused by excessive sweating (even in cases of particular climatic conditions), intense physical activity, lack of dietary intake or diets very rich in fiber that involve a lower absorption of mineral salts. It is also indicated in cases of increased need.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. It also helps to restore the electrolyte balance and therefore to combat the effects of pressure drops typical of summer heat.
Potassium, taken in a dose of 300 mg per day, is involved in the performance of many body functions, for example, it contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure and, together with Magnesium, contributes to normal muscle and nervous system functioning.

How to use
We recommend taking one sachet after the two main meals up to a maximum of 3 sachets per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water. It is recommended to continue administering the product for at least two weeks.
