Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia, seeds) total concentrate titrated in 12% 5-hydroxytryptophan	840 mg 100 mg
Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata, leaves) multifraction lyophilized extract (Passiflò 2-LMF) titrated in total flavonoids expressed as vitexin 8%	200 mg 16 mg
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, leaves) total concentrate	204 mg

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.

Warnings
If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract can interfere with their metabolism by also inhibiting their activity.
Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. For lack of specific scientific data, it is not recommended to take the product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
